the fat cells are metabolized by your body, the toxins are released
into your blood stream and this will cause your metabolism to
slow down. This will make it even harder for you to lose weight.
You will try to limit your calorie intake, which will only slow
your metabolism down even more. Thus, you begin a vicious cycle
of trying to fight your own metabolism in order to lose weight.
There are
