be to buy food that is certified organic. This is particularly
important when choosing foods that are more likely behind toxins,
such as fatty dairy products, cucumber pickles, strawberries,
apples, raisins, peppers, collard greens, and spinach. When you
purchase poultry and meat, make sure that they are chemical free
and do not eat the skin. Switch from eating fish that is carnivorous,
such as sea trout, and choose fish such as cod and other white
fish. You also need to make sure that you drink filtered water
and beverages that are certified organic.
